Just Juice Shipping Policy

At Just Juice we're committed to not only providing you with Superior E-Liquids but with superior shipping as well.

Below are the shipping methods available to our UK customers, with FREE, Tracked 48-hour delivery available on all orders.

Our cut-off point for Tracked/Next Day Delivery is 3 pm (UK time), Monday to Friday. We aim to despatch all other orders placed before that time on the same day however due to the number of orders placed (especially after the weekend), this is not always possible. In this case, the order would be shipped the next working day.

Please be aware we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

The timescales listed below are provided by each courier and are not a guarantee. Delivery times can be longer when delivering to remote locations (e.g. Shetland Islands) or during busy holiday periods (e.g. Christmas).

We endeavour to do the best we can to ensure orders are delivered within the given timescale, any delays that occur once the order leaves our warehouse is the responsibility of the courier and we have no impact on this.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a delivery confirmation email which will also include your tracking number.

If you check the status of your parcel using the courier tracking service and your number is not recognised, please do not worry. The courier tracking portals are updated once the parcel has been scanned which can sometimes be after 4 pm.
