If you have placed an order Monday-Friday before 15:00 we aim to get these sent out to you the same day however during busy periods this is not always possible so your order will be shipped the next working day. If you place an order over the weekend then we will aim to ship this to you on Monday, however during busy periods this is not always possible so your order will be shipped the next working day.
If you have chosen free delivery then your order will be sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48 which can take 2-3 working days to arrive on average. If you have upgraded to next working day delivery then this will be sent Royal Mail Tracked 24 and should arrive to you the next working day.
When your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email, inside which you will find your Royal Mail tracking number. If the email has not reached your inbox please check your junk/spam folders as it may be there.
If that country is the UK then yes we do! However, if you are located outside of the UK then unfortunately we cannot currently ship to you. But please do reach out to our customer service team as we may be able to recommend a retailer in your country who stock Just Juice.
